Meet Lindsay Swanson
I am a highly organized Operations Specialist with a decade of experience spanning the fast-paced New York fashion world and high-end interior design. As an alumnus of the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT), I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in International Fashion Merchandising Management after spending my entire junior year living and studying in Italy. My early career was forged in accessories product development, specializing in footwear and managing the full lifecycle of goods.
In 2022, I pivoted industries to join the interiors space, working for Blake Brunson, a protégé of Miles Redd. Building on this foundation, I eventually transitioned into a part-time consultancy role with Blake to begin replicating our operational success for a broader range of design clients. I now leverage my expertise to help other firms streamline their business structures and achieve the same level of scalable efficiency.

I specialize in empowering creative teams blending a deep understanding of the design process with a passion for logistical problem-solving. I prefer to operate behind the scenes, thriving on operational challenges, keeping teams on task, and ensuring designers are free to focus purely on design.
I have experience managing the complete product lifecycle—from initial quoting and client/vendor communication to complex freight and website placement. I’ve developed a thick skin handling difficult market conversations and countless logistical nightmares, having worked with manufacturers both in several foreign countries as well as countless American factories. Whether it was a freight boat catching fire or a critical order delay, I will solve the problem and ensure the project moves forward.
